We finally have an update!
Hey everyone! Hope you are doing good right now. As of writing this, I have COVID. Yippee. But, I have some updates to deliver your way.
First, I want to thank everyone who has been listening recently. It’s great to see all the feedback and people who have emailed me. I know I’ve gotten a little lazy on replying but please know that I read every message and I try to reply back to you as well. It just takes a little time due to hectic work schedules.
Also, with the Independent music, if you have songs you want to send me, while I will play them at some point, there is a pretty long waiting list. Right now, the waiting list is around 4 months. So, if you want your music aired on Rockin WAVES, go ahead and send it just know it will be a few months before we get to it. However, if it’s seasonal (Halloween, Christmas, etc.) we will play it during the appropriate time of year.
We are also looking at a couple of new shows to add to the lineup that we think you will enjoy. Can’t say too much about them yet as it’s still very early in the talking stages.
Finally, this November, we will be celebrating 10 years since we launched our audio only feed here on the website (can you believe it’s been that long?!?!?!?!) and through the years, we’ve had different services and players, but, through it all, yall have found a way to keep listening and for that, I can never thank you all enough! We will be trying to do a small celebration sometime in November so be on the lookout for that.
